Love TDF, the teachers and staff! My daughter is thriving here and getting a great dance education from all of her amazing teachers in addition to being part of a new community who welcomed her with open arms and encouragement as a first year student with 8 years of prior dance experience. I didn't expect a transition like this to go so smoothly, but it was seamless, and she instantly made new friends. My daughter's passion for dance has been reignited, she is eager to learn and work hard to improve, and she looks forward to each & every dance class. Exceeding all of our expectations. Lynne
My daughter switched to The Dance Factory 5 years ago when we discovered she had a passion to dance. The school she started at did not recognize or nurture her passion. When we switched to The Dance Factory it was evident that they strive for excellence. They continue to recognize and nurture talent and ability. They are honest and immediate with feedback, offer suggestions and in return assist the girls to achieve new levels and accomplish their goals. TDF offers the girls opportunities that other schools don't. This school is producing talented artist that will have great opportunities and I am happy that my daughter is part of it. Sarah

Dear Miss. Katie,
I wanted to take a minute to write you a quick note to thank you. My girls are so very excited for the new dance year and I really wanted to let you know how we feel about you, The Dance Factory, your amazing staff, and our whole dance family. After coming off of my girls’ fifth year at TDF, I have to tell you that each year just gets better and better. Not only has your program emerged into the best studio around but also the bond that you have with the children and families is one I would not give up. I am so proud of the young women my girls have become and I know that their passion for dance and their commitment to something that they love at such a young age has helped them become just who they should be. You and your staff have instilled some basic rules that resonate in all parts of their lives. They have respect for their teachers, the studio, their peers and have learned a healthy way to deal with disappointment so that they are able to stand tall and cheer on their teammates but then turn around and dig deeper and work harder to be better the next time around. I believe that because you expose them to all different situations whether it be outside training, formal judging, critiques, auditions, and shows in a safe way with you and your teachers by their sides that my girls have flourished in school, public speaking, have requested violin duets, and singing solos because they are able to put themselves out there for all to see. They know that they may not always be perfect but they strive to be the best they can be. I have watched you manage all the children on your teams, whether it has been on a personal or studio level, to help them deal with emotional situations and each and every one of them love you for it. We know as moms that you hold their best interest and sometimes their hearts in your hands; and that you manage to give them wings yet still protect them every inch of the way. You and the rest of your staff have become a part of our family and through dance I have met some of the most amazing women and co-dance moms that I could ever ask for. So we are beginning the new dance year with some excited souls and smiling hearts and we cannot wait to see what you have in store for the dance teams, the studio and families! Thank you for being an amazing teacher and friend.
With Love,
Mary, Jay, Madison and Morgan

Hi Miss Katie,
I have been meaning to send you a note since our amazing weekend at Nationals to thank you. After so proudly watching Alexa accept the award as the Junior Improv Challenge winner, I was filled with so many emotions. One of those emotions was absolute thankfulness that we walked through your Studio doors nine years ago.
It is hard for me to express how proud I am of the dancer and the young person Alexa has become under your guidance. When I signed Alexa up for dance at the mere age of 2, I was simply looking for an outlet for her to burn off some of that seemingly endless amount of energy she possessed and still possesses. I could never have imagined then that dance would become the most important thing in her life. Thankyou Katie for nine years of dedication, support, and real love for Alexa and all of your dancers. You are a great role model for your dancers. Alexa and I are so proud to be a part of TDF and so looking forward to our tenth year together!!!
Michelle
My daughter has been with The Dance Factory since the age of 2 and she is soon to be 12. WOW...time has certainly flown by. Brooke has learned and experienced so much over the last ten years, from the art and her inner passion for dance, the meaning of team, work ethic, confidence, resilience, giving back to the community and so much more...through some amazing talented teachers along the way and on that has been there since day one, Miss Katie!!! To all the staff... you have all inspired my daughter to work through her strengths and weaknesses to make her the dancer and young lady she is today and we thank you for that!!! After 10 years, Brooke continues to smile when she is either on her way or leaving the studio. We both have formed amazing friendships that will last a lifetime. I am looking forward to Brooke's continued growth and what the future holds in the years to come with The Dance Factory! This is her second home... I couldn't imagine Brooke anywhere else. Thank you, Tina
When we moved to the area, I was looking for a studio where my daughter could not only receive excellent dance training, but one that offered traditional dance styles with a cutting edge approach. When we met Katie at an Open House, we knew that The Dance Factory would be our new home. Katie is a very warm and friendly person. Within the first couple of minutes of talking to her it was evident that she not only loved her profession, she offered the genres we were looking for and she was cutting edge. Undoubtedly we had found exactly what we were searching for. Over the years the studio has become our second home and teammates and teachers our second family! We’ve been blessed with the life-long friendships formed and we have been exposed to and have participated in many exciting industry opportunities. The energy is great at the studio and there is something for everyone from the youngest to the oldest dancer. Over the last six years, I have watched my daughter continuously flourish in all her genres of study. She truly loves this venue! Katie, along with her visionary faculty, have coached and encouraged her to reach and surpass her potential. Beyond providing Christa a well-rounded dance education, Katie has afforded Christa with the opportunity to teach and choreograph. This is a responsibility she hasn’t taken lightly since 2010. With all that TDF offers there truly is something for everyone! The opportunities we have experienced are available to all dancers. We are positively HUGE fans of TDF! I can’t imagine why anyone in our area would not want to come dance with us!!
My daughter Bella has been with The Dance Factory going on 2 years and I have found the quality of dancing and the dancers are bar none! The professionalism of the teachers and studio. The studio produces outstanding dancers. My daughter enjoys dancing at Dance Factory and has developed positively in so many ways. Although The Dance Factory has a strict regiment for its dancers, they also have some fun team building opportunities which enables the dancers to get to know each other and let their hair down. If you daughter or son is interested in dancing, this is the place to teach them ALL they need to know about dancing. The Dance Factory has so many opportunities for a child to develop their skills. So worth it! Thanks TDF! - Lisa
Hi Miss Katie,
This is Summer’s mom, she is taking musical theater and hip-hop. I honestly just wanted to say thank you so much again. Summer is very new to dance, she took a class last year and she did enjoy it, but I don't know how to express how happy she has been the past two nights after leaving dance. The Dance Factory is fantastic and we had been to one of your recitals a couple of years ago and she was blown away. And said I want to do that. Also enjoying a birthday party there. We moved out of Plymouth for just one year and we ended up back here for the school year. Summer talked about dance all year long. We’ve heard such incredible things about both you and the entire staff, that the Dance Factory was our only option.
As well my niece attends and absolutely loves it there.
I'm sorry to go on and on ......but a mere thank you wasn't enough. It may be corny but from the bottom of my heart I truly thank you for making my daughter the happiest she's been in a long time it's been a tough year away but we are back and I'm so grateful for people like you.
Have a great day!
Rebecca

My daughters absolutely love Miss Katie, Miss Gabi and all of the teachers at The Dance Factory! They have been so warm and welcoming to us since we have joined the studio. My daughters love all their classes and ask me all the time if it's time to go back days before their class. They always put on shows for me and my husband in the living room of all the new things they are learning. Miss Katie and her teachers are very knowledgeable and have taught my girls so much already. My girls are so happy when they get to go to dance and for that I am thankful. They are learning a lot about dance and having so much fun! For that, I couldn't be happier.
Thank YOU. The hard work, talent and caring you and your staff put into everything you do is apparent and appreciated. Looking forward to next year!
Dear Dance Factory Staff,
I wanted to thank you so much for a great year of for my girls. The recital was beyond my wildest expectations. We were blown away by all the talent and the professionalism - and the girls had a blast!
A lovely testimonial from friends of ours and a wonderful colleague out in Nashville,
CONGRATULATIONS on such a wonderful weekend!!! I'm planning on slowly starting to compete next year with my studio, so I've been spending my weekends watching lifestreams to learn more about competitions that I'm not familiar with. I tuned in this weekend to TIU and ONCE AGAIN your girls enter differently. They step onto the stage and they look so professional. I can spot them without TDF even being mentioned. I let some of my older students watch for a bit at our studio during class, because they're so interested in competition. We all happened to catch your performances. My girls were silent. They were blown away. You’ve created something wonderful and your girls are inspiring some of mine all the way in Nashville.
Love the community we’ve build so much.
