Madison Maiorano
TDF CLASS OF 2019
Madison graduated from the Dance Factory in 2019. She began her training at TDF in 2009 and became an assistant teacher in 2016. She loves to explore all styles of dance and enjoys sharing that love with younger dancers. Madison has worked as a class assistant for Spirit of Dance Awards as well as Excel in Motion dance convention. Additionally, she has won a number of regional titles and scholarships to continue her dance training including an acceptance last year to the Steps on Broadway Summer Intensive in New York City. Madison spent her summer and winter as a company member with Boston Community Dance Project which provides continued opportunities to perform in both Boston and New York. This past fall she also participated in Jose Mateo Ballet Theater’s production of The Nutcracker. Madison is forever grateful to Katie Rondeau and Gabriella Fucillo-Jones for her growth at the Dance Factory and is happy to continue doing what she loves.
Hailey Sapir
TDF CLASS OF 2019
Hailey graduated from the Dance Factory in 2019. She is currently a freshman at UMASS Amherst studying Business and Economics. She has been dancing since she was 2 years old. Hailey has performed in many community events including Walk for Hunger, Dance2Save and several Art Festivals. She is now on the UMASS Dance Team and will be traveling this Spring to Nationals in Daytona, Florida. Her biggest inspirations are her dance teachers back home. She feels they have done so much for her and she is beyond grateful. The advice that Hailey would give to younger dancers would be; to figure out what dance means to you and apply it in your own special way.

Olivia Rossi
TDF CLASS OF 2017
Olivia Rossi is a creative dancer and choreographer with a passions for the arts. Olivia trained at the Dance Factory since 2006 and has been on faculty since 2011. Dancing for thirteen years across all genres, Olivia has worked as a assistant this past year with Spirit Of Dance, and Excel in Motion convention. Olivia has received numerous artistry awards and scholarships at conventions and competitions and was awarded a full scholarship to the Sheer Talent Summer Intensive in Las Vegas. In 2014 NYCDE recognized Olivia as the top female dancer out of hundreds of young artists and she has received Top Choreographer Awards at serveral competitions. Olivia has been an instructor of the arts for three years and loves being able to teach the following generations to not be afraid to grow as a mover and stand out. Olivia is now at the Studio School in LA pursuing her BFA in Dance and a professional career. Katie Rondeau has been her biggest inspiration throughout her dance career. Tristan Marshall
TDF CLASS OF 2014
Tristan Marshall graduated from The Dance Factory in 2014. He trained at TDF and went on to pursue his performance career at Hofstra University in New York. While at TDF he was able to train with Katie Rondeau, Gabriella Fucillo, and had the opportunity to work with esteemed guests like Ian McKenzie, Chelsea Sebes, Keith Silva, Derek Piquette, and AJ Picucci. He has since worked professionally with the Melrose Ballet, Danceworks Productions, Imani Dance Ensemble, Rachel List, Fredrick Earl Mosley, Igal Perry, Larry Keigwin, Colin Stilwell and Amy Marshall. He enjoys dancing every style, but feels most at home dancing contemporary. He hopes to pursue dance and choreography professionally. This year, he was signed to Tower Talent Agency in Long Island, and they got him the opportunity to showcase his newest choreographic work in New York City, alongside many other profound student choreographers. He secured an internship this summer working at Peridance Capezio Center for their Summer Teen Intensive. Tristan is planning on pursuing his Masters Degree in Dance Therapy once he finishes performing professionally, and he is so happy to be doing what he loves.
Erin Ryan
TDF CLASS OF 2012
Erin Ryan graduated from The Dance Factory in 2012. After training with TDF she went on to pursue her career at Stonehill College and Boston College. During her time at Stonehill she traveled to LA as an ‘intern abroad’ and was able to continue her training as part of Three23 Dance Company, Academy of Swag, and Collabor8 Dance Company. She has performed in multiple choreographers’ showcases such as Carnival, Club Jete, 8th Wonder, and WOD LA. Erin has also assisted teaching on the Show Stoppers Convention as well as the Hollywood Summer Tour. After returning to Boston Erin continued her training on Boston Professional Companies such as, CONcept ARTists, Pictures In Concrete, and FaceOffElite, performing in Boston Choreographers' showcases such as CONcentrate On The ARTistry, REVIVE, STATIC, etc. Erin is the Co-Director if Boston based company WTFWETHEFEMALES. She has also worked professionally with Michael Africk as a back up dancer at the Kiss 108 Radio Concert in 2012 along side her instructor Katie Rondeau. Kirsten Schranze graduated from The Dance Factory in 2011. She went on to pursue her career at The University of Hartford’s Hartt School. While at TDF, she was able to train with Katie Rondeau, and had the opportunity to work with guest choreographers including Jeffrey Polston, Ian McKenzie and Marcos Aguire. Throughout Kirsten’s four years at The Hartt School, she has had opportunities to perform works by greats such as José Limon and Petipa, and has worked with world-renowned choreographers including Loni Landon, Gregory Dolbashian, and Yin Yue. Kirsten had the opportunity to study in Europe among a group of her fellow colleagues, working on repertoire by Jiri Kylian, Martha Graham, and Ultima Vez. Kirsten hopes to dance professionally after graduating in May of 2015, and received her BFA in Dance Performance. Kirsten also hopes to continue to choreograph her own works in the future, as her choreographed piece was recently selected to compete at the American College Dance Awards.
