Picture Order Forms will be available at the front desk.
Forms may be filled out in advance or in the front lobby.
Have your forms filled out prior to the class shoot.
Payment must be received in full with the first form.
On the order form clearly list;
Child's Name/ Telephone/ Email

Fill out the form completely
Pay the sitting fee, additional costume/ sibling fee and the Recital DVD that day by cash, check or credit card.
*The sitting fee only apply's to customers interested in having solo shots taken of their child. There is no fee for participation in group shots with their class.

Sitting Fees are required for individual shots of a dancer to be taken.
Sitting Fees are non refundable.
There is no fee to participate in class group shots.
You will notice that Gary Antle Productions has graciously discounted all packages. Package prices with sitting fees will reflect the same overall payment as years past.
All forms must be directly handed to the teacher by either the dancer and or parent of the child. This is how we determine which children are having individual pictures taken. Dancer's without a form to present at the time of the session will not have an individual taken.

 Usage of camera's, video's and or phone camera's is strictly prohibited.
If a staff member is suspicious of photo's being taken, parents will be asked to leave the shoot.
Please be respectful of our photographer.

 No gentlemen or boys will be allowed into the studio beyond the front lobby during picture week.

 This will be a closed shoot. Mothers will be asked to remain in the dressing room or wait in the studio's main lobby. Only dancers, photographer and faculty will be permitted in studio A during the shoot.
